European Investment Bank (EIB) - coordination of a tender process for a proposed scoping exercise for the biodiversity investment fund for Europe
Global Environment Facility (GEF) - independent review of the revision of the resource allocation framework, technical adviser to development of a UNDP business and biodiversity project, coordination and facilitation of IW:LEARN workshops on valuation of marine and river ecosystems in Cape Town and Ouagadougou
Global Mechanism - support to consultations and policy development on trade and sustainable land management with ICTSD
Government of Kuwait - development and coordination of the first phase of the Independent Review Panel for the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Programme
Government of the Netherlands – support to the development of a new international, voluntary financing scheme for biodiversity under the Green Development Initiative
International Labour Organisation (ILO) - research on labour and the environment, jobs and foreign direct investment, and on sustainable enterprise; review of HQ/regional offices linkages in the employment programme
International Trade Centre (ITC) - research and advice on BioTrade, carbon exports and private sector engagement
Ramsar Convention on Wetlands - coordination of the Wetland Carbon Partnership with Danone and IUCN, guidance on corporate support
Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) - independent review of the GEF as the financial mechanism, research and guidance on a resource mobilisation strategy
United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) – developed and coordinated the first phase of the Indepedent Review Panel of the the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Programme
United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) - programmatic and policy support to the BioTrade Initiative, particularly with respect to CBD COP 8, 9 and 10
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) - technical advisor to the development of a GEF project to mainstream biodiversity into the oil and gas sector in the Niger Delta
United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) - development of biodiversity policy models linked to European agreements, support to the conceptualisation of the Green Economy Initiative (GEI) and to the study on The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB)
United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR) – development of strategic guidance on private sector engagement
World Bank - technical advisor on a public expenditure review of sustainable land management in Uganda
